Terms of Service
Last updated 2 October 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and Audove when you use audove.com. Please read them. By creating an account or using Audove, you agree to them.
1. About Audove
Audove is an online service that helps you turn a song into an AI music video. You upload a song, describe your idea and characters, pick a storyboard, and Audove makes the video with AI models. Audove is run from India. You can reach us at support@audove.com.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old to use Audove.
- Sign in with Google or with a code sent to your email. Keep access to your email safe, because it is the key to your account.
- One person per account. Don't share or sell accounts.
- You are responsible for what happens in your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else is using it.
3. Credits
- Making things on Audove uses credits. The pricing page shows what each step costs. You always see the price before you start.
- Credits are not money. They have no cash value, can't be transferred or sold, and can only be used on Audove.
- The free 300 credits last 30 days. Unused monthly plan credits carry over for one more month, up to twice your plan's monthly amount. Bought credit packs last 1 year.
- When you make a video, we set aside its credits first, take each clip's credits when it is ready and give back the rest. If a step fails, its credits come back to you automatically.
4. Plans and payments
- Paid plans are monthly or yearly subscriptions. They renew automatically until you cancel.
- Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our payment partner and merchant of record. Dodo Payments handles the checkout, billing, taxes and invoices, and its own terms apply to your payment. We never see or store your full card details.
- You can cancel at any time. Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you paid for, then stops renewing.
- Upgrades start straight away, and you pay only the difference for the rest of the period. Downgrades start from the next period.
- Refunds follow our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
- If we change our prices, we will tell you by email before your next renewal at the new price.
5. Your content
- You keep ownership of what you upload, such as songs, photos, lyrics and ideas.
- Only upload things you own or have permission to use. For songs, this means you wrote it, or you have the rights or a licence to use it in a video.
- You give Audove permission to store and process your content only to run the service for you, for example to send your song and pictures to the AI models that make your video. We don't use your content to advertise and we don't sell it.
6. What you make
- Subject to these terms, you may use the videos and pictures you make on Audove. On a paid plan you may use them commercially, for example on a monetised channel or to promote your music. Free plan videos carry an Audove watermark and are for personal use only.
- AI results can be surprising or imperfect, and similar results may be made for other people. Check your video before you publish it, and make sure it is right for where you post it.
- Video styles you create with "Create your own" are shared with everyone on Audove, without your name.
7. Fair use
Follow our Content Rules. Don't try to break, overload or get around Audove's limits, security or safety checks, and don't use bots to use the service. We may remove content, pause features or close accounts that break these terms or the content rules. When an account is closed for serious misuse, unused credits are not refunded.
8. Changes and availability
Audove is growing, so features, AI models and limits may change. We try to keep Audove running smoothly, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. If we make important changes to these terms, we will tell you before they apply. Using Audove after that means you accept the new terms.
9. Responsibility
Audove is provided "as is". As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, such as lost profits or lost opportunities. Our total responsibility to you is limited to the amount you paid Audove in the 12 months before the problem. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
10. Closing your account
You can stop using Audove at any time. To delete your account and your files, use Delete account in Settings. This also cancels your plan straight away, so you are not charged again. Credits left in a deleted account are lost, so use them or ask about a refund first (see the Refund and Cancellation Policy).
11. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India will handle any dispute. Before going to court, please email us so we can try to sort it out together.
