Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

• Account details: your email address and, if you sign in with Google, your name and profile picture.
• What you upload and make: songs, photos, lyrics, ideas, characters, storyboards, video styles and videos. We also save what we work out from a song to make your video, such as its lyrics, beats and a copy of its vocals.
• Payments: Dodo Payments takes your payment. We receive your plan, payment status and receipts, never your full card details.
• Technical details: basic logs such as times, errors and IP addresses, which keep Audove safe and working.

2. How we use it

• To run your account and sign you in.
• To make what you ask for, for example to send your song, ideas and pictures to the AI models that make your video.
• To keep track of your credits, plan and payments.
• To answer your messages and help when something goes wrong.
• To prevent misuse and keep Audove safe.

We don't use your songs, photos or videos to train AI models, and we don't sell your information.

3. Who helps us

We use trusted services to run Audove. They handle your information only to do their job for us:

• Supabase: your account, sign-in and saved work.
• Cloudflare: private storage for your songs, photos, pictures and videos.
• Microsoft Azure: running Audove's background work and AI models, including Anthropic's Claude, OpenAI image models and speech-to-text for lyrics.
• Runway: making video clips from your storyboard frames, with the matching piece of the song's vocals for singing scenes.
• Resend: sending sign-in codes by email.
• Google: signing in, if you choose Google.
• Dodo Payments: checkout, billing, taxes and invoices.

These services may store or process information outside India, for example in the United States, Europe, Japan or Australia. We may also share information when the law requires it.

4. What others can see

Your songs, photos and videos are private to your account. Files are only shared through short-lived private links. Video styles you create with "Create your own" are shared with everyone on Audove, without your name.

5. Cookies

We only use the cookies needed to keep you signed in. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.

6. How long we keep it

• We keep your work until you delete it or delete your account. Deleting a song also deletes its saved vocals.
• Deleting your account in Settings removes your account and work straight away, cancels your plan, and removes your files within a day. Styles you shared stay, as they never show your name. We keep a scrambled code made from your email (it can't be turned back into the email) only so the free credits can't be claimed twice.
• Records of background work are deleted after 14 days.
• Payment records are kept as long as tax and accounting laws require.

7. Your choices and rights

You can delete your account yourself in Settings. You can also ask to see, correct or delete your information: email support@audove.com from your account's email address and we will reply as soon as we can. We follow India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and give the same rights wherever you live.

8. Keeping it safe

Your files are stored privately and protected in transit. Only you can open your own songs and videos. No system is perfectly safe, but we work hard to protect your information.

9. Age

Audove is for people aged 18 and over. We don't knowingly collect information from children. If you think a child has an account, email us and we will delete it.

10. Changes and contact

If we change this policy in an important way, we will tell you first. For privacy questions or complaints, email support@audove.com.
