Refund and Cancellation Policy
Last updated 2 October 2026
We want you to be happy with Audove. This page explains when you can get your money back, what happens to credits when something fails, and how cancelling works.
1. Money back within 7 days
If Audove isn't right for you, you can ask for a full refund within 7 days of a payment, as long as you have used less than 20% of the credits from that payment. This applies to plan payments and to credit packs.
After 7 days, or once 20% or more of the credits are used, payments can't be refunded, because the AI work behind each step costs us money as soon as it runs.
2. Failed steps always give credits back
If a step fails, for example a video clip can't be made, the credits for that step come back to your balance automatically. You don't need to ask. When you make a video, we set aside its credits first, take each clip's credits only when it is ready and give back the rest.
3. How to ask for a refund
Email support@audove.com from your account's email address, with the date of the payment. We will check it and reply as soon as we can. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Dodo Payments, our payment partner. Your bank may take 5 to 10 working days to show it. Once refunded, the credits from that payment are removed.
4. Cancelling your plan
- You can cancel your plan at any time from your account.
- Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you paid for. After that it stops renewing and you won't be charged again.
- Credits you already have stay until they expire: monthly credits at the end of their carry-over month, and bought packs 1 year after purchase.
5. Changing your plan
Upgrades start straight away, and you pay only the difference for the rest of the period. Downgrades start from your next period, so you keep what you paid for until then.
6. Questions
If something doesn't look right with a payment, please email support@audove.com before contacting your bank. We are happy to help.
